January 14th and 15th marked the fourth annual Souperhero Stroll! Organized by Karen Demyen and Michelle Stavrou, this soup-er fundraiser has been raising money for the senior class’s Project Graduation since 2021. It is always a fun event, as well as a great way to sample the delectables of our local Downtown Cranford restaurants!
Each of the twenty-four participating eateries (listed below) provided soup enthusiasts both large and small with the most delicious soups or snacks with the purchase of a ticket book, containing a ticket for each of the twenty-four restaurants.
Folks enjoying the stroll were welcomed to stop at any of the balloon sculptures scattered around the downtown area, with each sculpture of a different superhero. They were encouraged to dress up in their favorite superhero costume as well!
And that’s not all of the do-gooding that this event contains: anyone taking part in the event brung a canned or boxed food item for Cranford Family Care. Be sure to check out the next Souperhero Stroll in 2025!
